He graduated in 2012 with a degree in Sociology with a minor in History and moved to San Francisco for the open minded and fun community. He has since worked at a series of bars and restaurants for the better part of the past decade all around SF. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Brendan studied Archaeology and Anthropology at Tufts University. Embarking on a cross-country road trip shortly after graduating in 2012, he found himself in San Francisco and instantly fell in love with her culinary creativity, compassionate people and picturesque beauty.

Through his time managing the bar at a local independent brewery he discovered a love for spirits, wine and all thing fermented. He can usually be found yapping about his favorite hops or pining over a mezcal he’s become infatuated with at the bar.
