This 2020 Saint-Péray Les Calcaires is a beautiful white wine from the Rhône from Franck Faugier of the Domaine des Hauts Chassis, also known for its wines from Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Condrieu. Made mainly from Marsanne (70%) and Roussanne, it is a wine full of balance and finesse, marked by floral aromas (Hawthorn, iris, green tea) with light spicy and aniseed notes, at the same time round, mineral and fresh on the palate.
