The VSOP is a blend of several different Eaux-de-vie, the youngest of which is 6 years old and in which the Ugni-Blanc and Folle Blanche grape varieties are in the majority. Tasting: The color is amber, with a beautiful shine. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and fruits develop, in particular prune and vanilla. The palate is supple, well balanced with aromatic persistence.
